Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Flat rate shipping based on order weight:
- Orders under 1 lb: $5.95
- Orders 1 lb and over: $7.95

Delivery Timeframes We ship within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
