Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We ship within the United States. Rates are calculated by order weight and destination region. All orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping (contiguous US only).

Expedited Shipping FedEx and UPS expedited services (including FedEx 2Day and UPS 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout for eligible zones at carrier-calculated rates.
Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options will display estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
