At Leor & Lair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window & Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unburned, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@leorandlair.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will review your request and get back to you with next steps.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
- Damaged Items: For candles that arrive broken or defective, we often provide a full refund or replacement without requiring a return. Please include a photo of the damage in your request.
- No Fees for Damages: If a return is required for a damaged or defective item, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect (e.g., you changed your mind about a color):
- A $7.00 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- There are no additional restocking fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
